Progress
We can analyse three areas of your life; your steps, your sleep and your calorie burn. This information is displayed visually with the progress bar and in large format text. Dependant on your selection and how hard you train, these statistics will change over the course of time. This allows you to keep track of how you're doing and push yourself harder when needed.
Easy To Use
Once you have set your workout goals Max will breakdown all of this information to clearly show your progress, either via the roundels to the left or the line graph you can see in front of you. That way you can see how you're doing over the course of a day, week, month or year. When reviewing your progress, if you hover over the line graph you can pin point the peaks and troughs of your workout regime.
Activity
We go further to help you really understand your workout. In the activity section your data is split up into bite-sized chunks. You choose the day you want to analyse and the information you want to look at. From there, you will see your overall progression in the large roundels, whilst simultaneously being able to view more specific data in the smaller roundels and via the line graph.

Track your Calories
MAX calculates the calories you burn by measuring the distance you’ve run, the amount of activity you’ve done and the time you spent working out. This allows you to work out how well you’re doing and shows you the areas where you can improve.
Track your Movement
The MAX bracelet records your movement and the MAX app translates that into easy to understand information. You can then set yourself goals and track your steps to monitor your progress throughout your training.
Track your Sleep
MAX doesn’t stop when you go to bed. Through your movements, it can gauge your sleep patterns and tell you when you are awake, in a state of light sleep or in deep sleep. With its smart alarm, MAX will gently wake you so you can rise rejuvenated.
